These terms govern your use of the platform, whether you book a venue, sell products, or list a resource.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. Our role as an intermediary
The platform connects clients with independent providers. The booking or sale contract is formed between you and the provider, not with us.
We are not a party to that contract and do not own, operate, or control the venues, resources, or products listed.
4. Bookings and reservations
A reservation is confirmed only once the provider accepts it and any required payment has been captured.
Availability, prices, and package details are set by the provider and may change until a booking is confirmed.
5. Orders and products
Product listings, stock levels, and shipping terms are managed by each shop.
Title and risk pass to you on delivery, unless the provider's own terms state otherwise.
6. Prices, payments, and invoices
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
Invoices are issued for confirmed bookings and orders and remain available in your account.
7. Cancellations, modifications, and refunds
Each provider sets its own cancellation and modification policy, shown before you confirm.
Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method within the timeframe set by that policy.
8. Provider obligations
Providers must hold the licences and insurance required for their activity and must keep listings, availability, and pricing accurate.
Providers are responsible for the services and goods they supply and for complying with the law applicable to them.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to break the law, infringe others' rights, circumvent fees, scrape data at scale, or interfere with its operation.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take action proportionate to it.
10. Reviews and user content
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive may be removed.
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to host and display it on the platform.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and its branding remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
12. Liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
13. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates risk for other users.
Obligations that by their nature survive termination — such as payment for completed bookings — continue to apply.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in advance and the updated date is shown above.
Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
